The scale marker 1:18 is part of the exact identity and should be matched before purchase. The year 1972 belongs to the listing identity; it should not automatically be treated as the manufacturing date of the item. Manufacturer item 188535 is a stronger matching key than a shortened marketplace title. The stated finish is Cream white Opening panels: None Details: Cabin and exterior Tires: Rubber Construction: Diecast metal with plastic components Approximate dimensions: 8, which should be checked against the exact image rather than a generic brand photo. The working catalog key is F977-188535. That key should travel with the saved URL and product image so a later comparison does not collapse this item into another scale model cars listing.

How to evaluate this product type
The most useful way to evaluate Norev 1972 Volkswagen 1303 Beetle Cabriolet Cream White – 1:18 is to separate identity from condition. Identity comes from the subject, scale or casting, finish, graphics, wheels and SKU. Condition comes from the actual photographed surfaces, packaging and moving parts. Mixing those two questions can lead to a correct model being described with the wrong condition.
For this listing, F977-188535 should be saved with the gallery. That preserves the release-level evidence even if similar editions later appear under shortened titles.
The details to verify next
The exact item should drive the decision. A collector seeking an original release, a builder seeking a donor casting and a gift buyer seeking a recognizable subject may all evaluate the same listing differently. Recording those intended uses prevents condition or packaging details from being overlooked.
Keep the invoice, SKU and one reference photograph with the collection record so the item can later be distinguished from a close variant.
What to inspect in the product images
The photographed item is part of the specification. With 3 images indexed, a buyer can compare color, form, labels, contents and visible condition before relying on a shortened title. Save the image that best shows the identifier F977-188535.
