The complete title is meaningful here, not decorative. The scale marker 1:18 is part of the exact identity and should be matched before purchase. The year 1993 belongs to the listing identity; it should not automatically be treated as the manufacturing date of the item. The quantity wording 000 pieces should be reconciled with the package photo and option selected. Keep F977-OT1199 with the product record because abbreviated names often omit the detail that distinguishes one version from another.
What the current listing actually confirms
Current catalog evidence can be summarized as follows: “1993 Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR32 in Dark Blue Pearl, right-hand-drive configuration, by OttOmobile. This 1:18 scale limited-edition collector model is limited to 2,000 pieces worldwide. Review the listing photos for the exact finish, wheels and packaging. Item: OT1199.” Every additional recommendation in this guide is framed as a check or planning step when the listing itself does not confirm the answer.
How to evaluate this product type
The most useful way to evaluate 1993 Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR32 RHD Dark Blue – OttOmobile 1:18 is to separate identity from condition. Identity comes from the subject, scale or casting, finish, graphics, wheels and SKU. Condition comes from the actual photographed surfaces, packaging and moving parts. Mixing those two questions can lead to a correct model being described with the wrong condition.
For this listing, F977-OT1199 should be saved with the gallery. That preserves the release-level evidence even if similar editions later appear under shortened titles.
A closer project or collection check
Similar diecast products often differ in small, high-value details. Review the wheel spokes, tire profile, base color, glazing, interior, license or race markings and package code. The aim is not to assign a grade from a distance but to confirm that the delivered item matches the release purchased.
Display and handling should follow the format: loose models need nonabrasive separation, packages need edge and blister protection, and project cars need a documented baseline before disassembly.
Using the gallery as evidence
The gallery contains 3 indexed product images. Compare label text, package shape, visible contents, finish and any small identifying marks with the delivered item. A context image can show tools or related products that are not included, so the written record and selected option still control package contents.

The collection record worth keeping
The permanent record should answer three questions: what exact item was bought, what arrived, and how it was used or stored. The title and F977-OT1199 answer the first; arrival photographs answer the second; project or collection notes answer the third.
Keeping those layers separate improves future comparisons and avoids unsupported grading.
Gift considerations
The exact title makes this a specific rather than universal gift. Confirm that the recipient wants this release, quantity and format; a closely related item may not be interchangeable.

A final exact-item review
For 1993 Nissan Skyline GT-R BNR32 RHD Dark Blue – OttOmobile 1:18, finish the decision by reading the title, product type and SKU as one identity. The vendor is OttOmobile, the listed product type is Scale Model Cars, and the working SKU is F977-OT1199. Save those fields together rather than relying on a thumbnail or shortened name. Then compare the received item with the listing image before it is opened, assembled, modified or placed in a collection.
Record anything that affects this exact item: selected option, package condition, quantity received, fit result, installation notes or visible variation. That observation belongs to this product record and should not be generalized to every related release. Keeping the original evidence and the later ownership notes separate makes the article useful for repeat orders, repairs, collection audits and accurate identification.
