Grading & Condition Policy
Review the listing description, image notes and stated condition for the specific product you are buying. Finished customs, loose cars and new factory products need different condition checks.
Listing Photos and Image Types
When a listing explicitly identifies actual-item photographs, use those images to inspect that individual item. Manufacturer or distributor images may illustrate a release rather than the exact unit. For customs and loose cars, check the paint, wheels, base, graphics and condition notes.
New Factory Products
Check the stated manufacturer, condition, packaging and included accessories. Do not apply hand-finished custom-work descriptions to an unmodified factory product or assume packaging is flawless without a listing statement.
Hand-Finished Custom Work
Custom diecast work is hand-finished, so small differences can exist from one build to the next. Minor handling signs can also be present as part of the custom process.
Loose Cars, Packaging, and Included Parts
Check the product description for included packaging, parts and accessories. A display prop or accessory appearing in a photograph is not, by itself, confirmation that it is included.
