2016 Camaro SS Collector Guide
The early Camaro SS releases use stripes to emphasize the hood and rear quarters. The blue and red Muscle Mania cars make a straightforward pair, while the yellow Matt Mingay edition is covered in stars and sponsor graphics. Later Borla and Halloween releases change the theme completely.

What to look for
The two purple Halloween cars repeat the same loose-car appearance in different packages. The 2021 and 2023 cards are the useful evidence when separating them, not a claim that one purple body alone identifies its year.

Look along the hood edges and raised rear quarters for chips. On the striped cars, check that the narrow printing continues cleanly across the roof and trunk.
The yellow Australian edition and white Kmart Borla car have documented release contexts; that does not establish present-day rarity or value.
Collector questions
Can I separate the Halloween years from a loose photo?
Not reliably. GRR19 and HLJ88 share the purple skull-themed exterior, so their original cards establish the release.
