MUNCLE MIKES COLLECTOR GUIDE
’92 Dodge Viper RT/10 Collector Guide
The ’92 Dodge Viper RT/10 has a long hood, a short rear deck and an open cockpit that leaves the cabin on display. The plain red and yellow HW Exotics cars keep the shape simple. Ruby-red anniversary graphics and the white-and-blue Treasure Hunt take the same roadster in different directions.

A roadster that changes character with its paint
The red HKG71 arrived in HW Exotics in 2023, followed by yellow HTC24 in 2024. The 2025 Mattel anniversary multipack brought metallic ruby-red paint and anniversary side graphics. White JJM01 joined Drop Tops as a regular Treasure Hunt for 2026. These releases use the newer 2023 casting, distinct from the older Hot Wheels Dodge Viper RT/10.

Choosing one for your collection
The exposed windshield frame and cockpit are worth checking first on a loose Viper. A close overhead photo shows the seats, glass and upper body edges that a side view misses.
Look at the wheels and decoration together when identifying a release. Plain red HKG71 and ruby-red JGK09 can look similar in a small listing photo, but the anniversary logos and darker accents separate them. White JJM01 has blue stripes, white wheels and the Treasure Hunt emblem.
Collector questions
Are the two red Vipers the same release?
No. The 2023 HKG71 is Viper Red with restrained decoration. The 2025 multipack edition has metallic ruby-red paint and Mattel anniversary graphics. JGK09 is a shared multipack code, so check the car itself as well.
