This photograph documents the silver-and-green sample described in the catalog as a prototype or factory test shot.
What the record shows
The silver-and-green Challenger appears as an unnumbered 2008 G-Machines row. The source note says it may not have been released and describes the pictured example as a prototype or factory test shot. No toy code or confirmed retail package is recorded.
Why it is separate from the retail variations
The confirmed retail list contains L0884, L0890, L0896 and N7705. The silver-and-green car is not assigned a fifth release code. It remains a documented but unconfirmed prototype reference, so it is not counted in the family’s retail release table.
Visible prototype details
The reference image shows a silver body with green stripes on the hood and sides. The table row records a black plastic base, clear windows, black interior and Real Riders wheels, but the sample’s prototype status means these details should not be treated as confirmed retail specifications.
Packaging and provenance
No retail toy number or confirmed package is documented for this sample. A loose photograph can show the finish, but it cannot establish that a factory sample reached retail. Provenance would require the original sample or reliable documentation tied to it.
Comparing the prototype with retail cars
Keep the silver-and-green finish distinct from the orange L0884, green L0890, blue L0896 and red N7705. Do not use a similar body shape or an unnumbered sample to expand the confirmed retail count.

Release identification is cross-checked against the Hot Wheels G-Machines release list, the Hot Wheels 1:50 Scale Series catalog, and the Hot Wheels Collector Newsletter digital catalog. The silver-and-green item is recorded separately because its catalog note says it may not have been released.
The 1:64 Dodge Challenger Concept K6133 is a different casting and is not included in this 1:50 release list.
