• HISTORY ASPECTS:
The Sd.Kfz.173 Jagdpanther, a late production tank destroyer, played a crucial role on the Eastern and Western Fronts during World War II. Deployed by the German Wehrmacht, particularly by the s.Pz.Jg.Abt.654 unit, the Jagdpanther was an armored juggernaut designed for anti-tank warfare. Its heavy armor and powerful 88mm main gun made it a formidable adversary against Allied tanks.
One of the notable conflicts where the Jagdpanther Late Production saw action was in France during 1944. As part of the German defensive efforts, these tank destroyers engaged Allied forces, demonstrating their effectiveness in halting armored advances. The Jagdpanther's sloped armor and potent firepower made it a formidable opponent, earning respect on the battlefield.
This 1:72 scale model with meticulous attention to detail, the model replicates the distinctive features of the Jagdpanther, including its sloped armor, tracks, and the menacing 88mm gun. It serves as a miniature tribute to the historical significance of the Jagdpanther in World War II, allowing enthusiasts to appreciate its design and role in shaping armored warfare.
