Hot Wheels 1989 - Thunderburner
The Thunderbird Stocker was based on the 1983 Ford production model as designed for NASCAR racing. It is not to be confused with the T-Bird Stocker, a later casting which was first released in 1990, and was based on the 1990 Ford Thunderbird body style. This casting was released later as the Velocitor. and often confused with the T-Bird Stocker casting but the two castings are very different. This confusion can be traced back to the original Mike Struass guide.
