MUNCLE MIKES COLLECTOR GUIDE
1986 Toyota Van — 2022 HCX37
Silver replaces the first van’s dark-red upper body while keeping a strongly contrasting dark lower section. The original card’s New for 2022 label places it alongside the first-year release.

What to look for
HCX37 is the silver recolor. The photo shows its side decoration and bright disc-style wheels, so this entry can be compared directly with HCT15 rather than disappearing under the red car’s page.

Variation Summary
Choosing one for your collection
Inspect the roof and broad silver side panels for fine scratches. Metallic paint can hide them in a low-resolution listing photograph.
Ask for the actual silver car and package when buying by code. A stock picture of the dark-red van does not establish this recolor.
Collector questions
Why does the silver van have its own guide?
HCX37 is a distinct recolor with a different body finish from HCT15, even though both belong to the first-year van lineup.
