It lists three 1990 configurations: the yellow Danger-decorated van with ordinary blackwalls, white blackwalls or yellow blackwalls. The cartoon edition is not evidence that the underlying vehicle design debuted in 1990.

Record wheel color before calling a difference an error

Ask for a square-on photograph of each wheel face. Compare both sides rather than assuming the unseen wheels match.
