How We Protect Every Order
Every car is packed by hand in our Lone Pine, CA workshop using collector‑grade materials. We use protector cases, bubble wrap, inner boxing, and reinforced outer boxes to ensure safe arrival. With over 10 years of shipping diecast, our packing process is built to prevent blister dents, card creases, wheel damage, and paint rub during transit.
Packing Materials We Use
Bubble Wrap
Loose cars, customs, and restorations are wrapped individually to prevent paint rub, wheel scuffs, and metal‑to‑metal contact.
Inner Boxes
Premium items are placed inside a secondary inner box for added crush protection before going into the main shipping box.
Reinforced Outer Boxes
All orders ship in sturdy corrugated boxes — never envelopes — to eliminate bending, crushing, and impact damage.
Moisture Protection
Weather‑resistant barriers and sealed wrapping protect cards and customs from humidity, rain, and transit moisture.
Our Step‑By‑Step Packing Process
Every order follows the same collector‑safe workflow:
1. Inspection
Before packing, each item is re‑checked for accuracy and condition to ensure it matches the listing photos.
2. Protection
Carded items go into protector cases. Loose cars are wrapped individually. Customs receive extra padding.
3. Inner Boxing
High‑value or fragile items are placed into a smaller inner box to prevent movement and impact.
4. Cushioning
Bubble wrap, air pillows, or foam are added around the inner box to eliminate shifting during transit.
5. Reinforced Outer Box
Everything is sealed inside a rigid corrugated box with reinforced edges for maximum protection.
6. Final Check
The package is shaken lightly to confirm zero movement, then labeled and shipped.
