Refund policy
Muncle Mikes sells custom diecast, custom painted builds, DIY kits, wheel parts, subscription products, and apparel. If there is a problem with your order, email munclemikes@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact support promptly with your order number and clear photos so the order can be reviewed.
Customs, Painted Builds, and One-of-One Items
Finished customs, painted builds, and one-of-one items are generally not returnable once delivered unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the listing.
DIY Kits and Wheel Parts
DIY kits, wheel parts, and accessories must be unused and complete to be considered for an approved return. Opened, used, drilled, modified, or incomplete parts are not returnable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Subscription Products
Subscription renewals that have already processed apply to the current cycle. To stop a future renewal, request cancellation before the next renewal date.
Apparel
If there is a problem with an apparel order, report it promptly so sizing, print, or fulfillment issues can be reviewed.
Approved Returns and Refund Timing
Do not mail returns until support confirms the next step. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method after the returned item or claim details have been reviewed.
