Do not buy a rear-tire pair simply because it costs less than a complete set when your project needs four wheels. Equally, you may not need a new four-wheel package when only an existing compatible tire needs replacement.
Measure the installed assembly before finalizing your choice
- Record the donor's original setup. Measure complete tire diameter and width separately at the front and rear.
- Confirm what the product's size labels mean. A nominal wheel size and a replacement tire's outer dimension are not automatically the same measurement.
- Compare hub, axle and tire-seat fit. The right-looking wheel needs a secure compatible mounting arrangement.
- Test with the body and interior seated. Check tire and inner wheel-face contact, not just space above the tread.
- Inspect rotation and attachment. Look for wobble, uneven tire seating or a wheel that works loose. Correct the problem before final assembly.

Drag-inspired display and track performance are different goals
Tire lettering, a pronounced rear profile and a chosen wheel face can help create the display style you want. Match a reference vehicle for a replica, or choose a freestyle combination for your own custom. Neither approach requires claiming tested race performance.
A model that rolls freely on a shelf test may behave differently on your track. Rubber tires, larger wheels or additional weight should not be advertised as an automatic speed improvement. Test the actual assembly on the intended surface under repeatable conditions.
Keep aftermarket work distinct from factory releases
