Choosing one for your collection

Compare the flames over the roof as well as those on the sides. Inspect the rear wheel arches and the small roof openings for chips. Ask for underside photographs and packaging when the exact release matters to your collection.

A later Racing Rigs release uses a similar blue flame design. Without the original packaging or a documented history, a matching loose car may not establish the release year or sales region.

Collector questions

Can the photo prove that a loose blue Coupe is the international Mystery Models release?

No. It helps match the color, decoration and wheels. Original packaging is needed to support the international assortment and bag numbering; a loose car alone does not prove those details.
