Order Cancellation Policy

Muncle Mikes handles cancellation requests as early as possible, but not every order can be stopped once work or shipping has started.

Standard Orders

Standard orders can be cancelled only if the request reaches support before the order is packed or production begins.

One-of-One and Made-to-Order Items

One-of-one customs, made-to-order items, and already shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription cancellations must be requested before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Once a renewal has already processed, that renewal applies to the current cycle.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email munclemikes@gmail.com with your order number and request as soon as possible. If the order can still be stopped, support will confirm the cancellation by reply.
