Use the information below if you are waiting on a shipment from Muncle Mikes.

Find Your Order Emails

Check the email address used at checkout for your order confirmation and shipment notice. Your tracking link is normally included in the shipment email when tracking is available.

USPS Scan Delays

USPS tracking can lag behind the actual package movement. A label-created or in-transit status may sit for a short time before the next scan posts.

Delivered but Not Found

If a package shows delivered, first check your mailbox, porch, nearby doors, and anyone else at the address. If it still cannot be located, email munclemikes@gmail.com with your order number.

Tracking Has Not Moved

If tracking has not updated for several business days or the delivery window has clearly passed, contact munclemikes@gmail.com so the shipment can be reviewed.
