The Shelby with something under the hood
Mattel’s 2024 RLC edition uses a metal chassis and Real Riders modern five-spoke wheels in gloss black. The dark cabin carries red accents. Look for the red Code Red side treatment as well as the slate paint when matching a loose example.

Choosing one for your collection
Check for paint wear at the hood edges and around the hinge area. A photo taken only with the hood open can conceal a panel that no longer closes neatly.
The glossy black wheels need a well-lit close-up. Inspect the thin red side stripes, front splitter and outer wing corners separately; a clean roof does not establish their condition.

No. HWF05 is the 2024 Spectraflame slate car with red side accents and black modern five-spoke wheels. Indigo-blue JJY59 is the 2026 release.
