1970 Chevrolet Nova SS Collector Guide
The silver Nova looks straightforward until you start lining up the releases. Three premium cards carry very similar cars, while the Decades of Fast version changes the wheels. The red Nationals car takes the same shape in a different direction, with a black roof and a long side stripe.

What to look for
Start with the wheel faces, then check the packaging. The 2021 Fast Superstars, 2022 Entertainment and 2023 Fast & Furious cards belong to separate releases even though silver paint dominates all three. Choosing one for your collection
Inspect the narrow bumpers, hood edges and rear wheel arches. On the silver cars, soft light is useful: a bright reflection can hide a small chip in the finish.
If you want a particular carded edition, ask for the actual front and back of the pack. A loose silver Nova needs more than a color match to establish its original release.
Collector questions
Can silver paint tell me which Nova release I have?
No. Compare the wheels and base, and use the original card when it is available. The gallery keeps the different cards visible because several silver releases are very close in appearance.
