Description
Insulate soldered model-train wiring with the SoundTraxx 810037 heat-shrink assortment. Four tube diameters let you select a suitable size for individual connections during a custom decoder or wiring installation.
Features and contents
- Four pieces of heat-shrink tubing.
- Each piece is 6 inches long, approximately 152 mm.
- Supplied diameters: 1/16, 3/32, 1/8 and 1/4 inch.
- For protecting and insulating suitable solder connections.
Installation and use
Cut the appropriate tubing size to suit the joint and fit it before completing a connection that would prevent sliding it into position. Shrinking and installation are required. Use suitable controlled heat, avoid damaging nearby components, and follow the decoder installation instructions. Decoder, wire and heat tool are not included.
