Muncle Mikes packs collector orders carefully and ships with the service shown at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Most orders ship with USPS. Shipping options, rates, and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout before you place the order.

Processing Times
Processing time depends on the product type. Ready-to-ship items usually move faster than hand-finished customs, subscription shipments, or made-to-order products. The product page, checkout, or order confirmation reflects the best current timing for your order.

Packing and Handling
Custom cars, DIY kits, wheel parts, apparel, and subscription items are packed with care to help protect paint, wheels, loose parts, and packaging during normal transit.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take time to update, especially right after label creation or during weekends and holidays.

Split or Combined Shipments
Some orders may ship together, while others may arrive separately based on product type, availability, or fulfillment timing.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, appears stuck in transit, or shows delivered but cannot be located, email munclemikes@gmail.com with your order number and photos when possible.
