Inspect the red wheel rings and the boundary of the red side flash. Those fine edges are easy to rub while the larger black panels still look glossy.
Ask for a rear photograph showing the fins and plate. Avoid judging the finish from a single dark image; reflective black needs angled light to reveal marks.

Are the redline wheels missing rubber tires?
Neo-Classics wheels are a different wheel style from Real Riders. Do not judge this edition by the tire construction of the red Boulevard car.
