Double Trouble gives your custom ’55 Chevy Bel Air Gasser a 1960s drag-track look. Twin teardrop swooshes and crossed pistons frame the rounded racing lettering and number 22. Includes matching side graphics, roof and trunk panels, race numbers and extra speed-shop stickers.

Artwork is intended for the Hot Wheels-style 1955 Chevy Bel Air Gasser casting. Some designs include two side graphics, roof art, an additional unassigned square, and/or small racing stickers. Check the artwork preview and PDF for the actual pieces supplied; the additional square has not been certified as a trunk template.

Dimensions and fit

The original ruler photograph IMG_7602 and its perspective-corrected working grid indicate approximate piece envelopes of Side A 73 × 16 mm, Side B 74 × 18 mm, Roof 30 × 24 mm, and an unassigned square 23 × 23 mm. These are provisional photo-derived measurements, not approved cut sizes; the ruler-photo reference notes roughly 1–2 mm uncertainty. The exact fit of this downloadable design has not been physically verified on every casting. Check the PDF against your actual car on plain paper before using waterslide paper. Do not stretch or independently resize the pieces.

Print at the correct scale

Open the purchased PDF in a desktop PDF viewer. Print the artwork at Actual Size / 100%, with Fit to Page, Shrink to Fit, borderless enlargement, and automatic scaling disabled. Existing legacy PDFs may contain separate Letter, A4, or test pages: print only the appropriate artwork page on waterslide paper. Test on ordinary paper first, checking wheel-well openings, fender tops, door seams, and the roof against your specific casting.

Separate 50 mm printer calibration PDF — print at 100% and measure between the end ticks. This verifies print scaling, not physical decal fit.

For standard CMYK printers, white details need white decal paper or a suitable white underbase; clear paper alone cannot print opaque white. Follow your decal paper manufacturer's instructions.
