Grading & Condition Policy
Check the description, image notes and stated condition for the product you are buying. Finished customs, loose cars and new factory products each need a different kind of condition check.
Listing Photos and Image Types
When a product page says the photos show the actual item, use them to inspect that individual piece. Manufacturer photos may show a standard release instead. For customs and loose cars, check the paint, wheels, base, graphics and condition notes.
New Factory Products
Check the manufacturer, stated condition, packaging and included accessories. A new factory product is not hand-finished custom work, and the packaging should be treated as mint only when the product page says so.
Hand-Finished Custom Work
Custom diecast work is hand-finished, so small differences can exist from one build to the next. Minor handling signs can also be present as part of the custom process.
Loose Cars, Packaging, and Included Parts
Check the description for included packaging, parts and accessories. A display prop in a photo is not included unless the product page says it is.
