Restock a hand-held jeweler’s saw with Zona 36-482 blades. This size 4, 38-TPI option has a wider and thicker profile than the finer sizes in the range, allowing you to choose a blade to suit the material thickness.
Blade specifications
- Zona part 36-482; universal size 4.
- 38 teeth per inch, regular tooth pattern.
- Blade length: 5 inches.
- Blade width: 0.031 inch; thickness: 0.015 inch.
- Hardened and tempered steel for cutting metal and other hard materials.
- Pack of 12 replacement blades.
Compatibility and installation
Use with a hand-held jeweler’s saw frame that accepts 5-inch blades. These blades are for hand frames only, not powered scroll saws. Secure both ends in the frame clamps and tension the blade before use. Select the blade size for the material thickness, aiming to keep at least three teeth in contact with the material. The saw frame, lubricant and workpiece are not included.
