The year 1991 belongs to the listing identity; it should not automatically be treated as the manufacturing date of the item. The number 1 separates this release from visually similar versions. Manufacturer item PA-65111 is a stronger matching key than a shortened marketplace title. The SKU F977-PA-65111 provides the most efficient cross-check when another listing uses slightly different punctuation or wording.

The category-specific decision

Use a collector-style inspection on Paragon Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 #1 1991 Rally Malaysia Winner – 1:64: confirm the casting silhouette, visible finish, graphic layout, wheel and tire combination, base details, interior color and package state shown. These details create the release identity. Price or brand recognition alone cannot establish that another car is equivalent.

If the item will be customized, photograph and record its starting condition first. If it will remain original, store it so metal edges, wheels and printed surfaces do not rub adjacent models. The decision depends on the exact item represented by F977-PA-65111, not on a generic diecast workflow.

Second-pass inspection

A good collection note records what is visible and avoids unsupported rarity claims. Write down the exact color wording, graphics, wheel treatment, package condition and any disclosed customization. Market value can change; the product identity should remain reproducible from the record.

Upon arrival, compare the item with the listing images before opening or altering it. Any material discrepancy is easier to document while the original packaging and shipping materials remain intact.

Use them as item-level evidence: zoom in on the SKU, graphics, edges, connectors, part arrangement or package callouts relevant to this scale model cars. Do not substitute a generic manufacturer image when the exact listing supplies a more specific view.
