Vallejo Game Color Hexed Lichen 18 ml: Scale, Subject & Display Guide
The product behind this guide is Vallejo Game Color Hexed Lichen 18 ml. Because similar hobby paint & finishing products can share brand names or photographs, the analysis below keeps the Vallejo title, SKU and live image set tied together as one record.

Identity should be established in layers: title first, then vendor, then SKU, then the photographed details. The year 2015 belongs to the listing identity; it should not automatically be treated as the manufacturing date of the item. For this record, VLJ72015 is the compact reference that can be checked against invoices and packaging.
What the current listing actually confirms
The product page identifies the item this way: “Vallejo Game Color Hexed Lichen 18 ml is the exact Vallejo acrylic hobby paint identified by manufacturer part number 72015. The product photo shows the item being offered, so collectors and builders can match the bottle, label, and color family before ordering. Manufacturer details Acrylic colors in a matte and opaque, water-based formula, especially designed for brush-on use. Each color has been meticulously developed in collaboration with model-painters who specialize in fantasy figures and dioramas. The formulation of these colors has been developed taking into account that some of these figures are used in tabletop games, so that Game Color is manufactured with a revolutionary new resin which offers extraordinary resistance to the damage caused by frequent handling. Comes in 18 ml./0.61 fl. oz. bottle with security seal Eyedropper…” That excerpt anchors the guide, while the gallery, SKU and selected variant provide the remaining evidence needed for an exact match.
The category-specific decision
The most useful way to evaluate Vallejo Game Color Hexed Lichen 18 ml is to separate identity from condition. Identity comes from the subject, scale or casting, finish, graphics, wheels and SKU. Condition comes from the actual photographed surfaces, packaging and moving parts. Mixing those two questions can lead to a correct model being described with the wrong condition.
For this listing, VLJ72015 should be saved with the gallery. That preserves the release-level evidence even if similar editions later appear under shortened titles.
A closer project or collection check
Similar diecast products often differ in small, high-value details. Review the wheel spokes, tire profile, base color, glazing, interior, license or race markings and package code. The aim is not to assign a grade from a distance but to confirm that the delivered item matches the release purchased.
Display and handling should follow the format: loose models need nonabrasive separation, packages need edge and blister protection, and project cars need a documented baseline before disassembly.
The photographed item is part of the specification
The photographed item is part of the specification. With 1 image indexed, a buyer can compare color, form, labels, contents and visible condition before relying on a shortened title. Save the image that best shows the identifier VLJ72015.

A final exact-item review
For Vallejo Game Color Hexed Lichen 18 ml, finish the decision by reading the title, product type and SKU as one identity. The vendor is Vallejo, the listed product type is Hobby Paint & Finishing, and the working SKU is VLJ72015. Save those fields together rather than relying on a thumbnail or shortened name. Then compare the received item with the listing image before it is opened, assembled, modified or placed in a collection.
Record anything that affects this exact item: selected option, package condition, quantity received, fit result, installation notes or visible variation. That observation belongs to this product record and should not be generalized to every related release. Keeping the original evidence and the later ownership notes separate makes the article useful for repeat orders, repairs, collection audits and accurate identification.
