Hot Wheels Hummer H3T Concept: Big Tires, Open Bed

The pickup bed is the reason to give this Hummer a second look. Behind the short cab, it leaves an open space that changes the whole outline of the truck. This metallic-blue Hot Wheels Hummer H3T Concept adds large tires with pronounced tread, bright five-spoke wheel faces and silver-and-orange-red graphics that sweep up the sides.
For a collection of trucks, it offers something different from another enclosed SUV. For a small garage scene, the open bed gives you a reason to view the model from above as well as from the side. The truck is sold loose, and the photos show wear in the paint, graphics and bright finish. That condition belongs in the buying decision alongside the color.
The bed changes how you see the truck
At wheel height, the large tires and side stripes dominate the view. Raise your viewpoint and you can see the molded bed floor, the wheel housings inside it and the silver panel on the roof. The cab has open side windows, so the dark interior is visible through them; it does not have the long enclosed roof of an SUV.

That makes a slightly lower shelf a useful option. You can see into the bed without hiding the front grille or the H3T lettering. Place the truck at an angle that leaves the rear corner clear. If another vehicle sits directly in front of that corner, the feature that makes this casting interesting can disappear from view.
Choose the blue Hummer pickup

Both side photos and the overhead view are available on the product page. Look at the roof, wheels and side graphics, then check the current price and availability.
The bright details also show the wear
The silver roof panel has visible scratches. Small paint marks appear around the hood and the edges of the bed, and the side decoration has wear. The lower silver-colored trim and bright wheel faces are also marked. These are useful places to inspect because the contrast between blue paint and bright trim is a large part of this version’s appearance.

Look at both sides rather than deciding from the first photograph. A display with the truck facing left will show different wheel surfaces and a different graphic panel from one facing right. If you have a preferred direction for a row of vehicles, make that side part of your choice before ordering.
Give the wheels enough room
The tires have a pronounced tread pattern and sit prominently below the body. In a divided display case, check the usable height and width of the compartment instead of assuming that every small Hot Wheels will fit in the same space. If clearance looks close, ask for the truck’s dimensions before buying.
A flat parking surface keeps the side stripes and wheel shape easy to see. You can give the surrounding scene an outdoor feel without balancing the truck on a rock or wedging anything under a wheel. For the open bed, leaving it empty preserves the molded detail and avoids rubbing loose scenery against its painted edges.
A pickup or a Surf Patrol wagon?
The blue Datsun 510 Wagon with Surf Patrol graphics is another way to bring a utility-shaped vehicle into a colorful display. The Datsun keeps a long enclosed roof and bright red wheels. The Hummer puts the emphasis on a short cab, open bed and much more prominent tread. Choose the arrangement that adds something your existing row does not already have.
| Feature | Hummer H3T Concept | Datsun 510 Surf Patrol |
|---|---|---|
| Rear section | Open pickup bed with visible molded detail. | Enclosed wagon body beneath a long roof. |

If an open-bed pickup would add variety to your shelf, review the blue Hummer’s photos and current buying options. You can also read our Surf Patrol Datsun wagon guide to compare the other shape, or browse Product Guides for more collecting ideas.
