1993 Ford Mustang Cobra R Collector Guide
The Cobra R keeps the Fox-body shape clean, which makes the paint and wheels do most of the talking. Turquoise and orange event cars sit alongside red, black, pink and shadow-chrome releases. Even the cabins change, from the dark interior of the shadow-chrome car to the pale seats in the pink one.

What to look for
These six releases belong to the collector casting with an opening hood. The Nationals and Convention cards carry their own event identities, while the black membership car has a red stripe low on the body. Keep those details with the toy code when comparing loose cars.
