1994 2-Cool (McDonald’s) Collector Guide
A long canopy and chunky tires give the 1994 2-Cool a small off-road aircraft look. It is a different design from the later Hardnoze car with twin engines, despite sharing almost the same name.

What to look for
The pictured purple toy belongs to the 1994 McDonald’s release. Its gray lower body, clear canopy and treaded black wheels are the useful identifying features. This example is well played with: the missing purple paint and yellowed canopy are wear, not a separate factory variation.

Choosing one for your collection
Inspect the canopy for cracks, the purple finish for chips and the tires for damage. Ask for an underside photo to check the molded identification and axle condition.
The photograph is a worn reference example. A cleaner car should retain more purple paint and clearer glazing; do not mistake the exposed metal for an intentional two-tone finish.

No. This is the 1994 McDonald’s design with a canopy cockpit and treaded tires. The 2004 Hardnoze casting has a very long nose, exposed engines and oversized rear wheels.
