’84 Corvette Collector Guide

Three very different C4 looks
White HDH29 is the 2022 Stars & Stripes release. Champagne-gold HKG83 joined the 2023 HW: The ’80s mainline series. The 2026 MTV edition JHW93 is a premium Pop Culture release, with Real Riders tires and a metal base instead of the earlier cars’ plastic bases.

Choosing one for your collection
Start with the nose and the top edges of the fenders. The C4’s low front corners can pick up chips in loose storage. Look through the broad rear window for scratches and check that the wheels sit squarely beneath the body.
Compare the actual car rather than the size or style of its card. The white flag car and white MTV car are different releases, with different graphics, wheels and construction. Color alone will not separate them.

Is this the same as every older Hot Wheels Corvette?
