What to look for
The blue and green debut cars wear disc-style wheels. Later versions switch the paint, graphics and wheel treatment, so compare the whole combination rather than treating every recolor as the same truck in a different shade.

Choosing one for your collection
Check the front corners, roof edge and spare-wheel area. On loose examples, a straight-on front view also helps reveal an axle sitting unevenly.
COX1975 is part of the debut side decoration, not the toy number. The blue debut is HKG44 and the green one is HKK23; their existing MM URLs are retained.
Collector questions
Why do the debut URLs contain COX1975?
An older record used lettering from the decoration as the identifier. The visible release guides now use the correct HKG44 and HKK23 toy numbers.
