Ford AerostarIdentifying the 1995 edition
The Photo Finish Aerostar uses its broad van sides as a picture panel. This white 1995 release shows Washington, D.C. landmarks; the warm red and orange photograph can make much of the body look red at first glance.
Washington, D.C. on a van
Collector #331, item 13318, is number 1 of four in the Photo Finish series. The catalog records a white body, Washington, D.C. landmark images, seven-spoke wheels and an unpainted Malaysia base.
The carded example shows the picture treatment across the side. White roof and window surrounds help separate body color from the printed image.
Inspect the picture edges
Look along the lower sill and around the wheel openings for interrupted print or scratches. Request the opposite side too; an intact display side does not establish the condition of both panels.
Check the glazing and roof for scuffs that reflections from the blister can conceal. For a loose van, include a base photo and check whether all wheels sit evenly on a flat surface.
