Hot Wheels Twin Mill III · Burger King releases
The Burger King Twin Mill III records cover two separate kids-meal toy issues, from 2020 and 2024. They are not standard mainline card releases. Identify each one by its body color, graphics and base details, and keep the associated toy or promotion packaging with the record.
How to Tell the Two Burger King Issues Apart
| Year | Recorded appearance | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| 2020 | Purple body with dinosaur-eye and engine graphics; promotional decoration. | Check the Burger King marking and the accompanying toy or meal-promotion material. |
| 2024 | Green body with black-and-yellow striping. | Check the 2024 base marking and the roof detail; the cataloged example has no roof hole. |
Both are simplified promotional toys. Compare them with the standard Twin Mill III casting only after checking the actual base, wheels and construction; a similar silhouette does not make them a mainline issue.
Physical Details
Use the purple 2020 body and the green 2024 body as separate identification branches. Look for the 2020 red dinosaur-eye graphic and silver engine decoration, or the 2024 black-and-yellow stripes. Photograph the roof, sides, wheels and base so the year and decoration can be checked together.
The recorded examples use a light-gray plastic base and black five-spoke wheels. Note missing accessories or wear without treating them as a casting change.
Package and Condition
Keep any Burger King package, insert or dinosaur accessory with the 2020 example and photograph it beside the car. A loose car alone may not preserve the promotion context. For the 2024 toy, photograph the base year and roof area clearly.
Record scratches, missing parts, wheel damage and paint wear separately from the identification. These are promotional toy records; avoid comparing them directly with sealed 1:64 carded mainline values.
