Billing, shipping and cancellation
Custom, DIY, carded and Adventure plans
These listings use a signup cutoff of the 10th for the current cycle and normally ship between the 14th and 18th. Orders placed after the cutoff begin the following month.
Adventure Box requires at least two monthly billing cycles. Review the selected plan before submitting checkout.
Loose-car plans
The 5-car and 10-car loose subscriptions bill monthly on the plan schedule shown at checkout. They are separate products from the carded clubs and may include duplicates over time.
Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next recurring charge. A processed cycle remains subject to the product terms and applicable refund policy.
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout and on recurring orders. Your subscription account and order confirmation show the next billing date.
Active subscriber wheel-parts benefit
Customers in Shopify’s Active Product Subscribers segment can use code MMCLUB10 for 10% off eligible one-time purchases in the Hot Wheels & Matchbox Wheels and Tires collection.
The code applies to one-time eligible products, not subscription line items. The benefit remains active while the customer qualifies as an active product subscriber. Checkout confirms eligibility.
Buying a subscription as a gift
A recurring club works best for someone who likes surprise and variety. The purchaser remains responsible for renewal management, and the plan does not stop automatically after a fixed number of deliveries unless the product page expressly says so.
For a one-time gift, consider an Muncle Mikes Gift Card, an individual finished custom, a one-time DIY project, or the Keychain of the Month Club when a small recurring surprise is the better fit.
Subscription questions
Can I choose the exact car, model or color?
No. These are curated assortment clubs. Shop an individual product listing when an exact casting, color or build is required.
Which clubs include rubber tires?
Rubber-Tire Custom, JDM Rubber-Tire Custom and Satin Custom include a finished car with upgraded wheels and rubber tires. DIY Customizer does not include wheels, tires or axles.
Are Treasure Hunts or chase models guaranteed?
No. Carded, loose and manufacturer-assortment plans do not guarantee Treasure Hunts, chase variants, premium models or future resale value.
Can duplicate cars occur?
The custom, DIY, carded and Adventure listings state that Muncle Mikes will not intentionally repeat the same casting and variation within six consecutive shipments to the same active subscription. The loose-car plans state that duplicates may occur over time. Neither is a lifetime no-duplicates guarantee.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future cycles, subject to any stated minimum commitment. Review the selected product, Subscription Terms and checkout before joining.
Is this an official Mattel club?
No. Muncle Mikes is an independent customizer and reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mattel. These plans are Muncle Mikes subscription clubs.
