MUNCLE MIKES COLLECTOR GUIDE
2021 Hot Wheels 2006 BMW M3 GLH84 Identification Guide
The yellow GLH84 M3 has a green-gold cast under some lighting, with fine ten-spoke wheels and very little decoration. That leaves the E46’s wheel arches and front bumper easy to appreciate. It is the February 2021 RLC release.

An E46 with three distinct personalities
Mattel released GLH84 on February 2, 2021. The opening hood and detailed engine bay separate this version from a simple sealed-body display car. Its gray cabin and bright wheel faces give the yellow finish some contrast.

Variation Summary
Choosing one for your collection
Inspect the hood edges and front bumper for small chips. A yellow-green reflection is not enough to identify a different paint variation; compare the same areas in daylight before deciding.
The slender wheel spokes deserve a sharp close-up. Ask for the car sitting on a flat surface so an uneven axle or tire does not hide behind a dramatic camera angle.
Collector questions
Why do some listings put this car under 2020?
Catalog groupings can differ, but Mattel’s release date for GLH84 was February 2, 2021. Match the yellow finish and ten-spoke wheels as well as the code.
Find relevant MM products
Search MM for GLH84 products. Check exact photos, code, condition and availability before purchase; search may return related items.
Record your specimen
Use MM's collection controls on this exact-edition page. Record quantity, condition, packaging actually included, purchase cost/currency, date, storage and personal notes. Keep modified wheels, damage or missing components attached to your specimen rather than changing the public release identity.
Market evidence
The saved exact-edition record currently reports zero completed-sale comparisons. No new sold transactions were reviewed in this rebuild; no price range, rarity score or investment return is asserted. Unknown market value is not zero.
A future value estimate must match edition, condition and packaging. One family's variants should not share an unexplained pooled price.
Research and image evidence
Reviewed September 30, 2026 against Mattel Creations' GLH84 product record. The manufacturer supports the published body, wheel, cabin, window, hood and original-package specifications. The three corresponding Shopify Files images were visually compared with the manufacturer references.
Photos establish reference appearance, not private specimen authenticity. Production decorations may vary. Country/base codes and regional package variants were not independently verified. Specimen measurements should not be inferred from image size.
