1974 Hot Wheels Carabo Flying Colors Yellow — Casting Info · Complete Collector’s Guide
1974 Hot Wheels Carabo in Enamel Yellow. The shared casting number is 6420; item number 7617 identifies this Flying Colors release.
1974 Yellow release overview
The Yellow version returned in the 1974 Flying Colors line with enamel paint. Yellow is the alternate Flying Colors enamel finish. The item number 7617 identifies the release; 6420 remains the casting number. Check its orange and blue decoration, glazing, interior and base when comparing examples.
The real Alfa Romeo Carabo was a concept with distinctive wedge-shaped bodywork. Hot Wheels captures the low profile with opening doors, black rear louvers and an orange stripe across the nose. Check the doors and large windscreen carefully on a loose example; both are vulnerable to damage.

Value research
Compare completed sales of this exact color and production configuration. For 1970 examples, match country, interior and glazing; for 1974 Light Green examples, separate Redline and blackwall wheels. Paint, moving-door condition, windscreen, wheels and package condition all affect how useful a comparison is.
Do not compare a broad “Carabo” listing with this release until the color and visible configuration match.
