MM Classified Market Prohibited Items

The market is limited to supported hobby and collector categories. MM may remove any listing creating legal, safety, authenticity, or platform risk.

• Stolen goods or items the seller does not own or control.
• Counterfeit, fake, recast, resealed, reprinted, or reproduction items represented as original.
• Illegal goods, weapons, explosives, controlled substances, prescription drugs, nicotine products, hazardous chemicals, recalled products, or unsafe goods outside MM’s hobby scope.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit merchandise.
• Malware, spyware, surveillance tools, stolen accounts, credentials, keys, or private data.
• Items or content infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Listings designed mainly to move payment, identity verification, or communication outside the supported MM workflow.
• Misleading mystery listings or challenged ownership without adequate evidence.

MM may require additional photos, markings, receipts, provenance, or ownership evidence.
