MM Classified Market Rules

The MM Classified Market connects collector-owned listings to Muncle Mikes collector records. These rules apply to every listing, offer, trade, order, review, and seller profile.

Core rules

  • Use the exact MM release record when one exists. A listing is a transaction record, not a new collector fact record.
  • List only an item you own or are authorized to sell. Remove it promptly when unavailable.
  • Show clear photos of the actual item. Stock photos, screenshots, another seller’s photos, and misleading images are not acceptable for collector-owned listings.
  • Describe condition, packaging, modifications, missing parts, quantity, price, shipping, and pickup accurately.
  • Keep supported payments and order activity inside the MM workflow. Off-platform payment requests are not protected by MM transaction records.
  • Fraud, shill activity, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, manipulated history, review abuse, threats, and deceptive identity claims are prohibited.
  • MM may pause, remove, or investigate content or accounts when identity, ownership, authenticity, payment, fulfillment, safety, or compliance cannot be reasonably verified.

Privacy and publication

Your Workbench collection is private by default. Saving an item does not publish a listing. A listing becomes public only after you explicitly submit it and all active release gates and seller requirements are satisfied.

Transaction terms

The listing, checkout screen, order record, fee disclosure, and payment-provider terms shown for a specific transaction control that transaction. MM does not guarantee a sale, price, or dispute outcome.
