MM Classified Market Seller Standards

Sellers must use a confirmed MM collector identity, maintain accurate contact information, complete required payout onboarding, and remain approved before accepting paid orders.

Every listing must

• Match the correct exact release and physical Workbench copy.
• Use current, clear, actual-item photos showing material condition details.
• Disclose damage, wear, repairs, customization, reproduction parts, missing parts, opened packaging, odors, and other material facts.
• State quantity, included pieces, price, currency, shipping, processing time, and pickup accurately.
• Be withdrawn promptly if sold, lost, damaged, or no longer controlled by the seller.

Fulfillment

• Never ship before payment is shown as verified.
• Do not mark shipped before the order has entered fulfillment.
• Ship within the displayed window and use valid tracking when required or offered.
• Package collectibles to prevent avoidable transit damage.
• Communicate material delays through the order record.

MM may use completed orders, cancellations, tracking, receipt confirmation, disputes, refunds, and reviews to evaluate seller status. Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions or removal.
