You do not need to wait for an email to open the application. Cloud sign-in is optional for connected private features.

Email requested. In the newest Supabase Auth email, right-click or long-press the Sign in button and choose Copy link address. Paste that unused link in step 2 without opening it first.
The email request was not confirmed. Check the address once. Do not send repeated requests; open the Workbench now and retry cloud access later.
Email requests are temporarily rate-limited. Do not keep retrying. Open the Workbench now; cloud sign-in can be completed after the email limit clears.

Connect private cloud sync

Use this only when you want account-based sync. Request one email, then copy the link directly from that email. Opening the link first can consume it and leave an unusable localhost page.

This page does not retain your password, email link, access token or refresh token. The recovery service retains only hashed rate-limit and success/error events.
