This starter set contains Atlas' new line of True-Track, a premium, "all-in-one roadbed track" made with nickel silver rail and brown railroad ties for a realistic appearance. Since True-Track has a roadbed base, you can assemble your layout almost anywhere without having to build a complicated layout table first.
