Kadee 1798 adapts specified LGB cars to the smaller No. 1-scale coupler head. Its large-offset original-style couplers use fixed truck-mount gearboxes for the listed sightseeing and related car applications.
Features and package contents
- Two couplers, two fixed draft gearboxes and two lids.
- Two No. 2 x 3/8-inch screws, two No. 4 x 3/8-inch screws, five No. 861 centering springs and one No. 1875 knuckle spring.
- Listed for LGB 30410, 35300 and 40430 through 40470 cars.
- Original-style No. 1 head, corresponding to a 1:32 scale ratio.
Compatibility and installation
Assembly and fitting are required. Check the exact car number and mounting arrangement before installation. Verify coupler height, free centering and clearance after assembly. The vehicle, track and tools are not included.
