This is the 2000 Circus on Wheels release, series 3/4, collector #027, toy #26030. It is blue with black, silver and orange The Weise Brothers — World's Greatest Flying Gymnasts graphics, tan interior, clear windows and lace-style wheels.

The car is sold loose and shows normal handling/storage wear consistent with a loose collectible. Please review all three photos for the actual condition and details.
