This is the early Hot Wheels Newsletter Collector Car #3 Code 3 release: pearl/cream white body, red interior, clear windshield, chrome base and whitewall wheels, with the Hot Wheels Newsletter graphic on the hood shown in the photos.

The underlying '59 Cadillac casting debuted in 1991. Surviving Newsletter records identify this white/whitewall Collector Car #3 but do not document a reliable production quantity or exact issue year, so those details are intentionally not claimed here.
