PineCar P4039 Diamond Finishing Kit provides the final polishing stage for pinewood derby axles and wheel hubs. Its fine diamond compound is designed to remove small surface imperfections after progressive polishing.

  • Compound provides an approximately 8000-grit-equivalent finish.
  • Compatible with one-piece axles and nail-type axles.
  • Intended as the final step after the PineCar P4038 Micro-Polishing System, sold separately.
  • Includes 1 gram (0.03 ounce) of diamond compound, one polishing cloth, two polishing brushes and instructions.
  • Manufacturer states the supplied material can finish axles and hubs for five racers.
  • For ages 14 and up; not a toy. Store above 32 degrees F (0 degrees C).
