How to Manage and Cancel the Keychain of the Month Subscription

A monthly keychain subscription should be easy to understand before you join and easy to manage afterward. If you have subscribed to the Muncle Mikes Keychain of the Month Club, the important information is your next renewal date, the shipment covered by each payment, and how to stop future renewals when you are ready.

Find your next billing date

The first payment is charged when you subscribe and covers the first surprise keychain. Your subscription confirmation and subscription account show your next billing date. Use that date—not an assumed first-of-the-month schedule—when planning changes. MM's product description says you do not need to wait for a monthly enrollment cutoff.

What does each successful renewal cover?

One finished surprise Hot Wheels or Matchbox diecast car keychain is selected for each paid monthly shipment. You are not buying all the vehicles shown in a product gallery, and a particular color or casting is not guaranteed. The live listing currently shows $12.95 per shipment plus shipping and applicable tax.

Cancel before the next renewal

To stop future charges, open your subscription account using the access provided with your subscription confirmation and cancel before the next renewal. Check the account confirmation after making the change. Do not assume that ignoring emails, changing a delivery address or letting a gift recipient stop using the keychain ends the purchaser's subscription.

What if a payment or order has already processed?

Canceling future renewals does not automatically reverse a shipment already purchased. For an existing order, contact MM with the order details and consult the return and refund policy. Avoid assuming that a processed order is refundable or that an unshipped order will cancel automatically; the store will need to review the relevant transaction.

Need only a single keychain next time?

If you want to stop the subscription but still enjoy the accessories, browse individual finished car keychains. Buying an individual listing is a different transaction from monthly club billing and lets you pick the model shown.
