Motormax Custom Builder’s Kits: What Needs Assembly Before Display?
Motormax Builder's Kits should be selected as customization projects, not assumed to arrive in the same state as an ordinary finished vehicle. The current records identify the kits and accessory presentations, but no longer establish the previously quoted drilling instructions.
Choose the vehicle and package first
The silver Tahoe PPV, gray GM Police Tahoe, gray Charger Pursuit and silver Police Interceptor Utility are distinct kit offers. Their named vehicle, year, markings and item code matter before comparing accessory arrangements. A Chevrolet accessory should not be presumed interchangeable with a Ford fitting.
The gray GM Police record identifies its markings but does not currently confirm which lightbar is preinstalled. A photograph of a completed configuration is not an installation manual. Resolve which parts arrive loose and how they attach before buying tools or modifying the vehicle.
Plan installation from actual instructions
Read the supplied directions for mounting locations, fasteners and any required drilling. Do not guess a bit diameter or hole pattern from this comparison. Likewise, the Builder's Kit label does not establish that tools, adhesives or department-specific decals are included.
The separately listed 2015 unmarked Ford is a different finished-model subject, not the same 2022 kit minus accessories. For a gift, decide whether the recipient wants customization at all. Neither a roof bar nor a police-style package proves electronic lighting or sound unless the exact record identifies those effects.
