Subscription Terms
Muncle Mikes subscription products renew automatically according to the selling plan selected at checkout. The current product page, checkout terms, order confirmation and subscription account control if a product-specific term differs from this general guide.
Before you subscribe
Review the product, quantity per shipment, selection rules, price, shipping, billing cadence, delivery cadence and any minimum number of cycles. Gallery images are examples unless the product page expressly guarantees a pictured item.
Billing cadence
The first payment is normally charged at checkout. Some clubs bill and ship monthly; model-kit, freight-car, GeminiJets and Diecast Masters clubs bill and ship every two months. The selected selling plan displays the actual cadence before purchase.
Minimum commitments
Most current clubs have no stated multi-cycle minimum. The Hot Wheels Adventure Box requires at least two monthly billing cycles. Any minimum displayed on the selected plan takes priority.
Shipping and tax
Subscription prices are per shipment. Shipping and applicable tax are calculated separately at checkout and on recurring orders. Shopify’s automatic free U.S. shipping discount for qualifying orders of $100 or more is limited to the initial subscription billing cycle and does not apply to later renewals. Delivery timing depends on the club, destination, carrier and items selected for that cycle.
Selection and repeats
Muncle Mikes chooses the item from the eligible brand, scale or product family described on the club page. Exact castings, colors, road names, kits, releases, chase variants and pictured examples are not guaranteed unless the listing says otherwise.
Some custom, DIY, carded and Adventure listings state that Muncle Mikes will not intentionally repeat the same casting and variation during six consecutive shipments to the same active subscription. Loose-car and other assortment clubs may allow duplicates over time. Read the selected listing for its actual rule.
How to cancel
Use the subscription account linked from your confirmation when available. You may also email munclemikes@gmail.com if you cannot access the account or need help identifying the plan. Cancel before the next renewal and after satisfying any stated minimum commitment to stop future charges.
Already-processed cycles
Canceling future renewals does not automatically reverse a cycle that has already processed. Existing orders are reviewed under the selected product terms and the published refund policy. Contact support about an incorrect, damaged or disputed shipment.
Gift subscriptions
A subscription sent to another person remains a recurring plan managed by the purchaser. It does not end automatically after one delivery or a fixed number of months unless the selected plan expressly says so.
Subscriber discount
Customers in Shopify’s Active Product Subscribers segment can use MMCLUB10 for 10% off eligible one-time purchases in the Hot Wheels & Matchbox Wheels and Tires collection. Checkout confirms eligibility. The code does not discount subscription line items and is not a blanket storewide discount.
