Some collector databases group this car under an EB110 SS casting heading. The Mattel Japan catalog and the product name on the 2022 Exotic Envy record identify it as ’94 Bugatti EB110, so this MM guide uses that exact release name and keeps it out of the SS release count.
What identifies HCJ89
Match the blue finish and Real Riders to the 2022 Exotic Envy entry. The package code HCJ89 is the decisive check. The carded premium release is not the same record as a loose blue mainline car simply because both have blue paint.
