Why don’t collector pages show values yet?

The current Muncle Mikes Collector Membership is focused on identification, collection tracking, watchlists, favorites, lists, comparison tools, private photos, exports, optional cloud sync, and the Collector Community. Collector-page values are planned for a later paid membership layer after the collector system is fully polished.

What is record completeness?

Guide completeness describes how much of a collectible’s identity, documentation, evidence, and media have been confirmed. It is not the same thing as rarity, price, or future value confidence.

Does rarity automatically mean value?

No. Rarity, demand, condition, authenticity, packaging, and market evidence are different factors. A scarce release is not automatically expensive, and a common release can still be desirable.

Are asking prices the same as completed sales?

No. Active listings can provide context, but an asking price does not prove what a collector actually paid. The future value layer is intended to separate active listings from completed-market evidence.

How do I identify the exact release?

Use multiple identifiers together: manufacturer, casting or model, release year, series, part or toy number, collector number, color, graphics, wheels, base markings, country, packaging, scale, and other physical details. Tooling or copyright dates are not always release dates.

What should I do when the exact variation is uncertain?

Do not silently substitute a similar release. Keep the record at the casting or family level until enough evidence exists to identify the exact release.
